Terms of use.
Effective: April 1, 2026.
Use of poulsmedtech.com and any reports purchased
through it is subject to these terms. They are designed to be
readable.
Reports are point-in-time.
Every Pouls MedTech Insights report is dated to its source files: the most recent public release of the CMS Medicare Physician & Other Practitioners file at the time of delivery, alongside the contemporaneous releases of NPPES, CMS Hospital General Information, and HCPCS. Numbers in a report reflect the vintage of those files, not the current market state. We do not represent that any report is forward-looking.
Reports are not advice.
Nothing on this site or in any report constitutes medical advice, legal advice, regulatory advice, financial advice, investment advice, reimbursement advice, or clinical decision support. Buyers are responsible for any internal decisions made on the basis of a report. If your decision needs licensed-professional input, get that input.
Source data.
Numbers in our reports are sourced from public CMS, HHS, and NPPES files. We cite the file and the year. We do not redistribute proprietary third-party datasets, and we do not represent that our reports include claims, utilization, or beneficiary data outside Medicare Part B fee-for-service.
Buyer's use of deliverables.
You may use any PDF or CSV we deliver internally within your organization for the purposes named in the SOW or order. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the deliverable as a standalone product. Quoting individual numbers in your own analysis is fine, provided you attribute the underlying CMS / NPPES file year.
Limitation of liability.
Pouls MedTech Insights' liability for any claim arising out of a report or consulting engagement is limited to the fee paid for that report or engagement. We do not warrant fitness for any particular purpose, and we do not warrant that source CMS / HHS / NPPES files are error-free.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of our state of principal business. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state.
Changes.
We may update these terms; we will date-stamp any update at the top of this page.
